| 摘 要： | 二肽基肽酶4(DPP4)抑制剂是近年上市的治疗2型糖尿病的新型药物,DPP4抑制剂具有增加GLP -1活性、改善糖脂代谢、减少β细胞凋亡和促进β细胞增殖作用.在2型糖尿病患者中,具有降低HbA1c水平、减少低血糖和副反应发生的作用.DPP4抑制剂作用于新靶点,具有其独特的优点,将会是一类优良的抗糖尿病新药.

| Abstract: | Dipeptidyl peptidase 4(DPP4) inhibitor is a kind of new drug to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).It can increase the activity of GLP-1,ameliorate the metabolism of the glucose and lipid,reduce the apoptosis of the β-cell,and improve the proliferation of the β-cell.DPP4 inhibitor can lower the level of HbA1c and the risk of hypoglycemia and side effect in T2DM patients.DPP4 inhibitor has more advantages than other anti-diabetes drugs because it acts on a new target.It will be a useful new class of anti-diabetes drug. |
