大学生自我分化的发展及其与自我和谐的关系

目的:考察大学生自我分化发展的特点及其与自我和谐的关系。方法:采用大学生自我分化量表(DSI)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对421名大学生进行测评。结果:①独生子女大学生在自我分化量表总分及与人融合分量表得分显著低于非独生子女大学生;②自我分化量表总分与自我和谐量表总分呈显著负相关,其中除情绪反应、与人融合与自我的灵活性不存在显著相关外,自我分化与自我和谐的各分量表得分均显著相关;③回归分析发现,情感断绝分量表得分对自我和谐量表总分预测力最佳,解释量达30.4%。结论:自我分化与自我和谐存在相关关系,自我分化在一定程度上预测自我和谐。

Development of College Students' Differentiation of Self and the Relationship Between Differentiation of Self and Self Consistency and Congruence

Objective: To explore the characteristics of college students’ differentiation of self and the relationship between differentiation of self and self consistency and congruence.Methods: 421 college students completed self-differentiation scale(DSI) and self consistency and congruence scale(SCCS).Results: ①The only child’s differentiation of self and fusion with others were lower than the non-only child’s;②Differentiation of self had significantly negative correlation with self consistency and congruence,except emotional reaction,and fusion with others had no significantly correlation with self-flexibility;③Regression analysis suggested the total self consistency and congruence influenced by emotional cut off was 30.4%.Conclusion: Differentiation of self has significant correlation with self consistency and congruence,and differentiation of self can predict self consistency and congruence to some extent.
