摘    要:细胞色素P450(CYP)ω-羟化酶主要包括CYP4A11和CYP4F2,代谢花生四烯酸(AA)生成20-羟化二十碳四烯酸(20-HETE),20-HETE具有收缩血管和促进尿钠排泄等作用。CYP4A11和4F2基因具有高度多态性,这种多态性导致酶活性降低,并可能引起某些心血管疾病。

Abstract:Cytochrome P450(CYP450)ω-hydroxylases including CYP4A11 and CYP4F2 metabolize arachidonic acid(AA) to 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid(20-HETE) which has both vasoconstricting and natriuretic effects.Genetic polymorphisms causing lower activity of these enzymes are generally associated with risk of cardiovascular diseases.
