剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的了解剖宫产手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况,旨在为合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取266份剖宫产病例,用Excel软件对剖宫产围手术期的用药情况进行统计,按照围手术期病人抗菌药物使用合理性评价标准进行分析。结果剖宫产术后抗菌药物使用率为100%;使用频率前3位的抗菌药物依次为甲硝唑(38.8%)、美洛西林(24.6%)、头孢美唑(13.4%);所有患者均未在术前0.5～2 h使用抗菌药物;术后二联用药有185例,占69.6%,三联用药有76例,占28.6%。结论本院剖宫产手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的选用基本合理,但抗菌药物的使用时机、疗程、联合用药等方面仍然存在不规范,有必要加强剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物临床应用管理,以促进临床安全、有效、经济使用抗菌药物。

Analysis of antibacterial agents used in patients with cesarean section during perioperative period

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterial agents in patients with cesarean section(CS) during perioperative period.MethodsCase records of 266 CS cases were randomly retrieved and the concerning drug use were analyzed by Excel.ResultsAll of the total 266 patients with CS were given antibacterial agents after cesarean section.The leading 3 drugs in terms of use frequency were metronidazole(38.8%),mezlocillin(24.6%) and cefmetazole(13.4%).None antibacterial agents was used within 2 hours before CS.After CS,the number of cases who used two drugs simultaneously was 185(69.6%).The number of cases who used three drugs simultaneously was 76(28.6%).ConclusionThe use of antibacterial agents in perioperative patients with CS is basically rational in our hospital,but there is still incorrect in some aspect.It is necessary to strengthen the management of preventive application of antibacterial agents during perioperative period.
