| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗腹部闭合性损伤的临床效果。方法:120例腹部闭合性损伤患者在腹腔镜下诊断和治疗。结果:120例均于腹腔镜下明确诊断并治疗。其中48例出血停止,56例腹腔镜下止血成功,16例腹腔镜下行脾脏切除术。90例避免了剖腹手术,占75%。结论:腹腔镜可用于腹部闭合性损伤的诊断和治疗,且较腹腔穿刺、腹腔灌洗及剖腹探查简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the blunt abdominal trauma.Methods:After general anesthesia,120 patients were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy.Results:Intraperitoneal bleeding had stopped in 48 cases before treatment,and was stopped in 56 cases by laparoscopy.Splenectomy was performed under the laparoscopy in 16 cases,and celiotomy was avoided in 90 patients.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is more effective in diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma than abdominocentesis,peritoneal irrigation or laparotomy. |
