褪黑素联合顺铂对肺腺癌A549细胞生长的影响

目的:探讨褪黑素联合顺铂对肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的影响。方法:分别将不同浓度褪黑素(100、300、500、7001、000μmol/L)及顺铂(2.55、、10μg/mL)联合与肺腺癌A549细胞共培养48 h,MTT法检测细胞抑制率。结果:不同浓度顺铂(2.5、5、10μg/mL)与500μmol/L的褪黑素联合使用对肺腺癌细胞生长抑制率(71.25±5.01)%(、86.37±7.10)%(、97.63±8.65)%)]明显高于单独使用顺铂(P<0.05)。结论:褪黑素和顺铂均可抑制肺腺癌A549细胞增殖,二者联合可协同抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。

Inhibitory Effects of Melatonion Combined with Cisplatin on Proliferation of Human Lung Cancer Cell Line A549

Objective To explore the effects of melatonin combined cisplatin on the proliferation of lung cancer cells A549.Methods Lung cancer cells A549 were co-cultured with different concentrations of melatonin(100,300,500,700,1 000 μmol/L) and cisplatin(2.5,5,10 μg/mL)for 48h,respectively.The inhibitory rate of A549 cells were detected by MTT assay.Results When A549 cells were co-cultured with different concentrations of cisplatin(2.5,5,10 μg/mL) and melatonin(500 μmol/L),the inhibitory rates were high to(71.25±5.01)%,(86.37±7.10)%,(97.63±8.65)%,respectively.They were significantly higher than those inhitory rates of single cisplatin administration at the same dose(P<0.05).Conclusion Both melatonin and cisplatin could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells,the combination of them could produce a synergistic effect.
