双钢板加带血管蒂尺骨上段骨膜瓣转位治疗肱骨远端骨折不愈合

目的:探讨双钢板加骨间返动脉蒂尺骨上段骨膜瓣逆向转位治疗肱骨远端骨折不愈的效果。方法:对12例肱骨远端骨不连成年患者采用双钢板加骨间返动脉为蒂的尺骨上段骨膜瓣逆向转位进行治疗,并用改良Cassebaum评分系统进行疗效评估。结果:12例骨不连均愈合,时间2.5～3.5个月。Cassebaum评估:优9例,良2例,可1例。结论:双侧重建钢板联合骨间返动脉为蒂的尺骨上段骨膜瓣逆向转位治疗肱骨远端骨不连能促进骨折愈合。

Treatment of Nonunion of Distal Humeral Fractures with Double Plates Combined Transposition of Vascularized Proximal Ulnar Periosteal Flap

Objective To explore the curative effect of double plates combined transposition of vascularized proximal ulnar periosteal flap for the treatment of nonunion of adult distal humeral fractures.Methods Double plates combined transposition of vascularized proximal ulnar periosteal flap were underwent in 12 patients of nonunion of distal humeral fractures,the curative effects were evaluated with modified Cassebaum score system.Results All patients were healed,the therapeutic time were from 2.5 to 3.5 months(average 3 months).The results of modified Cassebaum score,9 cases were excellent,2 cases were good and 1 case was poor.Conclusion Double reconstituted plates combined transposition of recurrent interosseous artery vascularized proximal ulnar periosteal flap could effectively treat the nonunion of adult distal humeral fractures,and promote the fracture to heal.
