家庭护理干预对1型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对1型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将40例18岁以下1型糖尿病患者随机分成实验组20例，对照组20例，2组患者在住院期间均给予糖尿病知识健康教育，实验组出院后进行家庭护理干预，对照组无干预，2组患者均跟踪12个月。观察2组患者病情控制情况及生活质量。结果实验组空腹血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白控制均优于对照组，低血糖发生次数低于对照组（P〈0．01），2组胰岛素用量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预后2组患者生活质量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论家庭护理干预可改善糖尿病患者的生活质量，是1型糖尿病患者院外血糖持续控制的有效途径。

Effect of Family Nursing Interferences on Life Quality of Patients with Type 1 Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of family nursing interferences on the life quality of patients with Type 1 Diabetes. Methods 40 Type 1 Diabetes patients who were younger than 18 years old were divided into two groups ：experiment group（ n = 20） and control group（ n = 20）. The patients in both groups were given Diabetes knowledge health education during hospitalization. The family nursing interferences on experiment group were performed after discharge. The condition and life quality of the patients were observed in the follow-up of 12 months. Results Fasting blood glucose,HbA/C levels and frequency of hypoglycemia in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences of the insulin doses of two groups（P 〉0.05 ）. There were significant differences of the life quality of two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Family nursing interferences can not only improve the life quality of the patients with Type 1 Diabetes but also control blood sugar after discharge.
