乳腺错构瘤超声及病理特点分析

目的探讨乳腺错构瘤的超声影像及病理特点。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒超声对15例乳腺错构瘤患者进行术前常规检查,并经术后病理证实总结其声像图特点。结果15例患者均为单侧乳房发病,左侧发病者较多,呈圆形或椭圆形,包膜完整,均位于乳腺外上象限,且分布于乳腺边缘。结论乳腺错构瘤具有乳腺肿瘤常见的声像图表现,但仍有其特有的特点,超声可作为较为准确的诊断方式。

Analysis on the Characteristics of Ultrasonography and Pathology of Breast Hamartomas

Objective To study the ultrasonography features and pathology features of breast hamartomas.Methods 15 cases with breast hamartomas were examined by B-type and color Doppler ultrasound,then the ultrasonography features were proved by pathology after the operation.Results Among 15 cases,many of whem occurred in the left side,all occured in single side,which were round or elliptical with complete capsule,grew in the lateral upper quadrant of mammary glands,and located in the mammary gland edge.Conclusion Breast hamartomas have common ultrasonography features of breast tumor,but they have their special features.Ultrasonography can be used as an effective diagnostic method for the breast hamartomas.
