| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定盐酸西替利嗪凝胶中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为SinoChromODS-BP,流动相为0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈(60∶40),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为231nm,进样量为10μL。结果:盐酸西替利嗪的线性范围为0.1004～4.0160μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.85%(RSD=1.57%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the HPLC method for the content determination of cetirizine hydrochloride gel. METHODS： The assaying was conducted on a SinoChrom ODSBP column with 0.02 tool · L ^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphateacetonitrile （60 ： 40） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃ ; the detection wavelength was 231 nm and the sample size was 10μL. RESULTS： The linear concentration range of cetirizine hydrochloride gel was 0.100 4- 4.016 0 μg（ r = 0. 999 9） with average recovery rate at 97.85 % （ RSD = 1.57 % ） . CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of cetirizine hydrochloride gel. |
