| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院前、院内一体化（简单一体化）救治模式对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者救治效果。方法应用一体化救治模式238例AMI患者为研究组，非一体化救治模式265例AMI为对照组。结果研究组：溶栓169例，再通135例（79．188％），1h内溶栓63例，死亡22例（9．24％）。对照组：溶栓148例，再通97例（65．54％），1h内溶栓14例，死亡35例（13．58％）。结论一体化救治模式缩短溶栓延迟时间0．5～3．0h，明显提高了AIM抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effectiveness of the integrative treatment model for acute myocardial infarction （AMI） in prehospital and in-hospital phases. Methods 238 AMI patients in the study group were treated by integrative treatment model,and control group（n = 265 ） were treated by routine treatment model. Results In the study group, 169 cases received thrombolytic therapy,63 patients took the thrombolytic therapy in one hour,and the total recanalization rate was 79.88% （135/169） ,22 cases died （9.24%） ;in the control group： 148 cases received thrombolytic therapy, 14 patients took the thrombo- lytic therapy in one hour, and the total recanalization rate was 65.54% （97/148）, 35 cases died （9.24%）. Conclusion The integrative treatment model can shorten the delay time of thrombolysis by 0.5 to 3 hours, and improved success rate of salvage obviously. |
