| 摘 要： | 目的 总结颅内脂肪瘤CT与MRI的特征性表现，提高诊断水平。方法 对12例颅内脂肪瘤临床资料及CT，MRI扫描结果进行回顾性分析。结果 8例行CT扫描．其CT特征性表现为均匀一致脂肪密度影，边缘清楚，3例伴有钙化，周围无水肿；4例行MRI扫描，其MRI特征性表现在T1及T2加权像均表现为高信号，在STIR序列表现为均匀一致的低信号。结论 CT和MRI对颅内脂肪瘤均能明确定位、定性诊断；MRI在颅内脂肪瘤定性诊断上较CT更好。

| Abstract: | objectiveTo evaluate the CT and MRI characteristics and improve the diagnosis of intracraniallipoma.MethodsThe medical records of 12 cases of intracranial lipoma were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsCT scanwere performed in 8 cases, which manifestations were fat iso-density and their edge were distinct. 3 cases had calcify but noedema .MRI were performed in 4 cases. Their characteristics were that there was high signal in T1WI and T2WI, but low signalin STIR.ConclusionsCT and MRI are very important in diagnosis of intracranial lipoma. MRI is better than CT. |
