肢体火器伤时脑微循环变化的特点

摘    要:通过观察犬肢体火器伤时脑微循环的变化特点,发现肢体火器伤后脑微循环发生明显改变,犬脑组织血流量明显减少,脑微血管扩张,管径增大,导致脑组织缺血缺氧,从而引起脑组织水肿、颅内压增高等症状。因此,对肢体火器伤时,除对局部组织损伤的处理外,同时应注重远隔器官—脑的损伤。

Changes on Cerebral Microcirculation after Firearm Wound in Dogs Thighs
Abstract:The cerebral microcirculation of dogs with firearm wounds in their thighs was observed. The results showed that the change in cerebral microcirculation and decrease in cerebral blood flow were obvious after firearm wounds. Because such pathophysiological change may induce brain ischemia and edema and increase in intracranial pressure, so people must pay more attention to treatment of the distant brain injury in addition to management of primary injury.
