1993～2002年深圳市罗湖区婴儿死因变化趋势分析

目的 :掌握罗湖区婴儿死亡及死因分布状况。方法 :对 1993～ 2 0 0 2年辖区婴儿死亡资料进行回顾分析。结果 :10年间婴儿死亡率下降显著 ,从 1993年的 17.7‰下降到 2 0 0 2年的 8.4‰ ,但暂住流动人口婴儿死亡率高于常住人口。第 1位死因1993～ 1998年为早产和低出生体重、新生儿破伤风 ;1999～ 2 0 0 2年为先天性心脏病。结论 :应制定有关措施 ,不断提高对先天性心脏病、早产和低出生体重、肺炎、出生窒息的预防、监测和治疗及早期诊断技术 ;加强暂住流动人口的妇幼保健 ,可避免新生儿破伤风的发生和死亡

Analysis of the cause of the infant death during 1993~2002 in Shenzhen Luohu district

Objective:To know the situation of infant death.Methods:To analyse on the data of infant death in Shenzhen Luohu district during 1993~2002.Results:The IMR in Shenzhen Luohu district during 1993~2002 were declined remarkly,from 17.7‰ in 1993 to 8.4‰ in 2002.The IMR of transient-floating population is heigher than the IMR of resident.First cause of the infant death was premature birth and low birth weinght,newbom tetanus during 1993~1998;congenital heart disense during 1999~2002.Conclusion:Need to continually improve the technique of prevention,monitoring treatment and save,stress on early diagnosis,of congenital heart disease,premature and LBW,pneumonia,birth asphyxia.Need to strengthen the women and children's health of transient-floating population .
