| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年高血压患者脉压（PP）与颈动脉、心脏及肾脏等靶器官病变程度的关系。方法选择我院122例中老年原发性高血压患者,分别检测颈总动脉内膜—中层厚度（IMT）、左室质量指数（LVMI）及肾脏尿微量蛋白（b2-MG）。根据脉压水平分为A、B组和C组,三组进行分析,评价不同脉压水平患者靶器官的受损情况。结果三组之间内膜—中层厚度、左室质量指数及肾脏尿微量蛋白均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论脉压增大是中老年原发性高血压患者动脉硬化和心脑血管病的重要危险因素.
