| Abstract: | The structuring of honesty and credit system is a primary concern of our society. The theory of transaction cost functions as its economic basis. The role of this system can be realized as guidance, support and punishment. Too low a credit-loss cost may connive "the spoilt children". Only when the credit-loss cost greatly exceeds the cost of credit-keeping is the honesty and credit system likely to be established. |
