| 摘 要： | 目的掌握癌症病人对知情权的需求,寻求有针对性的护理措施.方法对794例癌症病人进行问卷调查.结果癌症病人大多数需要知情权,不同年龄不同文化程度、不同职业的病人对知情权的需求有显著差异.结论医护人员应尊重癌症病人的知情权,根据病人的个体情况,选择合适的告知方法,激励病人的求生意志.

The Diagnoses on the Demand of the Right of Knowing the Diagnoses Result for Cancer Patient |

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the requirement of the demand of the informed consent in cancer patients and seek the pertinent nursing care. Methods To investigate 794 patients with cancer by questionnaire. Results Most cancer patients need informed consent, the demand of the informed consent was significantly different among the patients with different ages, different cultures, and different occupations. Conclusions Healthy care workers should esteem the demand of the informed consent in cancer patients, and then select the appropriate method to inform each patient according to his own condition on purpose to encourage his surviving volition. |
