| 摘 要： | 目的探讨清热益气颗粒治疗支原体感染非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法纳入120例支原体感染的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,随机分为清热益气颗粒治疗组、强力霉素组及两药合用组并观察其临床疗效。结果3组患者经治疗后,清热益气颗粒治疗组有效率为70.0%,强力霉素组有效率为67.5%,2药合用组有效率为95.0%。2药合用组优于清热益气颗粒治疗组及强力霉素组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而清热益气颗粒组与强力霉素组疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热益气颗粒对支原体感染非淋菌性宫颈炎疗效较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of QingReYiQi Granules on Cervicitis with Mycoplasma.Methods 120 patients with Cervicitis with Mycoplasma were divided into three groups randomly,QingReYiQi Granules group(A),deoxycycline group(B) and A plus B group(C),to study their efficacies.Results After administration,all were improved in three groups.The effective rate was 70.0% in A group,67.5% in B group,and 95.0% in C group.It was better in C group than in A or B groups with significantly(P<0.05),meanwhile tolerable efficacy between A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion QingReYiQi Granules is an effective medication for Cervicitis with Mycoplasma. |
