帕洛诺司琼防治术后恶心呕吐效果的观察

目的观察帕洛诺司琼防治术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果。方法选择腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术患者60例,随机分为2组,Ⅰ组麻醉诱导前给予帕洛诺司琼0.25 mg,Ⅱ组给予托烷司琼5 mg。观察记录术后24,48,72 h患者呕吐发生的情况,同时记录与5-羟色胺受体拮抗药相关的药物不良反应。结果术后24 h内2组PONV发生情况相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后48 h、72 h内Ⅰ组患者PONV的发生明显少于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后24 h发生的PONV,帕洛诺司琼与托烷司琼的防治效果相似,但对于延迟发生的PONV,帕洛诺司琼有更好的防治效果。

Clinical observation on effect of Palonosetron for prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting

Objective To observe the effect of Palonosetron preventing postoperative nausea and Vomiting. Methods Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into Group and Group II . Before general anesthetic induction, Group I intravenously received Palonosetron 0.25 rag, and Group H received Tropisetron 5 mg. The severity of nausea and vomiting, side effects were recorded at 24 h,48 h and 72h after surgery. Results 24 h after laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, tthe effective controI rate of nausea and vomiting have no significant difference between two groups （allP〈0.05）.The effective control rate of nausea and vomiting in Group I was significantly higher than in Group II at 48 h,72h after surgery （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective control rate of nausea and vomiting between two drugs at 24h postoperatively. Palonosetron is an ideal long-acting antiemetic drug which can effectively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting.
