急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平变化及其意义

目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清心肌酶谱的变化及其意义。方法检测142例急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平。结果急性脑出血组患者心肌酶谱水平上升,与正常对照组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);心肌酶谱水平在轻、中、重型组之间比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);不同血肿体积组心肌酶谱水平比较分别具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性脑出血患者心肌酶谱水平与血肿体积和神经功能损伤程度都具有密切关系,可作为判定病情和评估预后的参考指标。

Chang of Serum myocardial zymogram level in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the change and its significance of serum myocardial zymogram level in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods Serum myocardial zymogram levels were detected in 142 patients with ICH.Results Compared with that of control group,the increase of myocardial zymogram level was more significant in ICH group(P<0.01).There were statistical differences in myocardial zymogram level among slight ICH,medium and severe ICH groups(P<0.01).The change of the myocardial zymogram level in different sized hematoma groups was different obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum level of myocardial zymogram in patients with ICH is closely associated with hematoma size and degree of nervous function disorder,which can be used as a reference indicator of evaluating the state of illness and prognosis.
