STD门诊病人支原体培养及药敏结果960例分析

目的了解性传播疾病(STD)门诊病人支原体药物敏感情况。方法对960例病人做支原体培养及12种抗生素药敏试验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行检测。结果960例中支原体阳性238例,感染率为24.8%。解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)及UU MH混合感染的阳性率分别为19.0%、1.6%、4.2%。UU对12种药物敏感性最高为交沙霉素(98.1%),其次是强力霉素和美满霉素,均为97.2%。耐药性最高为环丙沙星(71.0%),其次是司帕沙星和可乐必妥,分别是42.0%和34.4%。结论STD门诊病人支原体感染主要为UU引起,交沙霉素和美满霉素是治疗泌尿生殖道UU感染的首选药物。

MYCOPLASMA INFECTION AND ANALYSIS OF DRUG SUSCEPTIBILITY IN OUT-PATIENTS WITH STD: A REPORT OF 960 CASES

ObjectiveTo determine the mycoplasma infection and the drug resistance in out-patients with sexually transmitted disease(STD).MethodsA mycoplasma culture was carried out in the samples of 960 cases and the susceptibility of mycoplasma to twelve kinds of antimicrobial agents was done on the positive samples.The culture,identification and the drug resistance of mycoplasma were carried out with one complex mycoplasma kit.ResultsOf 960 cases,238 were infected with mycoplasma.The total positive rate was 24.8%.The positive rate of UU,MH and mixed infection were 19.0%(183 cases),1.6%(15),and 4.2%(40),respectively.The highest susceptibility rate of UU to twelve antimicrobial agents was Josanmycin(98.1%),the second was Doxycycline and Minocycline(97.2%).The highest resistant rate of UU was Ciprofloxacin(71.0%),the second was Spaxacin(42.0%) and Cravit(34.4%).ConclusionMycoplasma infection rate was 24.8% in out-patients with STD,and major mycoplasma was Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU);Josanmycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline are the c drugs choice for urogenital tract infection of UU.
