重型颅脑损伤并发多发性损伤37例分析

目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤并发多发性损伤的临床特征及治疗。方法 37例患者分别或同时行颅内血肿及胸，腹腔探查术及补充血容量，抗休克并以脑灌注压（CPP=77mmHg)为标准行降颅内压治疗。结果 24例痊愈，4例轻残，2例重残，7例死亡。结论 重型颅脑损伤并发多发性损伤应迅速而准确地做出诊断，不失时机地分别或同时行脑，胸腹腔手术是治疗成功的关键。同时维持有效的血循环量降低颅内压抗感染及营养支持也很重要。

Analysis of 37 Cases Severe Head Injury Compliated with Multiple Injury

Objective To approach the clinical features and treatment of severe head injury compliated with multiple injury Methods Intracranial hematoma clearing.thoracico-abdomind exploratory operation.supplying blood volume and antiskock were performed,dehydration was guided by cerebral perfusion pressures (epp=77mmHg).Results Good rescovery in 24 cases,moderate disability in 4 cases, severe disability in 2 cases and dead in 7 cases.Conclusions Rapid and correct diagnosis and prompt surgery is of most importance in succesful treatment;antishock ,decrease intracranial pressure,anti-infection and gave nutrition support is important too.
