血清癌胚抗原糖抗原_(50)在胃癌诊断中的意义

本文应用放免法同时检测33例胃癌和45例胃良性病变的CEA和CA_(50)血清值发现:胃癌组的CA_(50),CEA血清值较良性胃病组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。认为CA_(50)、CEA的血清值均可做为胃癌诊断中有用的辅助指标。进一步比较这两种抗原,胃癌中CA_(50)的敏感性最高为63.34％,明显优于CEA的30.31％。本组CA_(50)血清值与胃癌的大小,转移,病理分型,均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。而血清CEA在胃癌远处转移时有显著升高(P<0.05),可借此判断胃癌有否远处转移。

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF SERUM CEA AND CA_(50) IN PATIENTS WITH GASTRIC CANCER

Serum CEA and CA_(50) content have been measured by means of radio-immunoassay in 33 patients with gastric disease. The result shows thatthe serum CEA and CA_(50) content of patients with gastric cancer are. higher than in those with nonmalignant gastric disease (P<0.05). It holds thatboth serum CEA and CA_(50) content may be useful indexes in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. After further comparsion, we found that the diagnostic sensitivity of CA_(50) (63.34％) to gastric cancer is higher than that of CEA (30.31％). No relation has been found between serum CA_(50) content and the esistence of metastasis,pathologic type and the size of gastric lesion (P>0.05). But the serum CEA content in patients with distant metastasis increased more significantly than that in patients without metastasis (P<0.05), it seems therefore to have practical diagnostic value.
