肢体良性神经鞘瘤临床诊治

目的：提高肢体神经鞘瘤的诊断与治疗水平，方法：回顾２４例肢体神经鞘瘤的临床表现及手术所见和治疗效果。结果：临床表现多为卵圆、质中偏韧、光滑、横向可移动的肿物、大多数Ｔｉｅｌ征阳性并伴有神经症状；病理为良性神经鞘瘤；２３例术后神经功能正常，１例神经受到牵拉，半年后神经功能恢复正常。结论：发生于肢体神经鞘瘤比较少见，可伴有、也可不伴有神经受压症状，质地常呈违性、光滑、活动度比较大是多 。手术切除后对神

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Benjing Nurilemoma of Extremities

Objective:To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of nurilemoma in extremities.Methods:The clinical manifestations,surgical findings and therapeutic effectiveness of 24 cases of nurilemoma were reviewed.Results:Most of them manifested as oval and smooth mass with medial hardness and mobility in the transversal plane,positive Tinel sign and neural symptoms.The pathological reports of all cases were benign nurilemoma.After operation,neural functions of 23 cases were normal except one injured by overtraction during operation which recovered half a year later.Conclusion:Nurilemoma of extremity is rare.It may or not have neural function impairment,but it often appears as a tough,smooth and mobile mass.Surgical excision has no harmful effect on the neural function.
