The Summer Internship Program of the National Institute of Health in the United States

The National Institute of Health （NIH） is a primary federal agency for conducting and supporting medical research. It has helped to lead the way toward important medical discoveries that improve people＇ s health and save lives. NIH sets up efficient programs to train the current and next-generation researchers to ensure that the capability to advance medical science remains strong besides biomedical research. The Summer Internship Program in Biomedical Research is one of the training programs which provide an opportunity to spend the summer working side by side with some of the leading scientists in the world in an environment devoted exclusively to biomedical research. Students of high schools, colleges or universities or medical/dental schools are eligible to apply. Students who are interested in medical research may plan their career by such trainings which shall be learned from.
