| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨数字减影血管造影术 (DSA)对皮瓣移植的造影技术及其临床意义。方法 根据 13例电击伤、热压伤患者皮瓣血供的DSA资料 ,对皮瓣移植DSA造影的技术要点和临床意义做一分析和总结。结果 13例中 9例适合行局部皮瓣移植并存活 ,4例不适合行皮瓣移植并截肢。结论 皮瓣移植前DSA检查对皮瓣移植术式的选择及手术的成功有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the technique and significance of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) for skin flap transplantation. Methods DSA data of 13 patients with electrical and hot press injuries were summarized. Results Nine patients received skin flap transplantation and the outcome was satisfied, while the other 4 patients were amputated. Conclusion Skin flap DSA is important to the success of operation. |
