维生素B12溶液鼻粘膜吸收的研究

摘    要:目的:研究维生素B12溶液鼻粘膜吸收规律。方法:以大鼠在体鼻循环法为实验模型,考查循环液浓度不同时,维生素B12鼻粘膜吸收规律。结果:考察了0.25,0.5,1mg/ml三种浓度的维生素B12溶液鼻粘膜吸收规律,表明不同浓度的维生素B12鼻粘膜吸收速度为一常数。结论:维生素B12溶液鼻粘膜吸收机制为被动扩散,吸收符合一级动力学,吸收速度常数K为0.02441min^-1。

Abstract:AIM The purpose is to investigate the regulation of vitamin B 12 nasal absorption. METHODS Rat in situ nasal recirculation mathods as experimental model were used. The effects of perfusion concentration on nasal absorption of vitamin B 12 were studied. RESULTS We studied on nasal absorption regulation of three concentrations: 0.25,0.5,1.0 mg/ml, indicating that the absorption rate of different concentration is a constant. CONCLUSION The mechanism of vitamin B 12 nasal absorption is passive diffusion, following first-order kinetics, and the absorption rate constant is 0.02441min -1 .
