摘    要:开发一种低价位、高性能的适用于广大中小医院或社区诊所的多床位遥测心电监护仪。采用高集成度的PTR 5000进行无线数据的传输以缩小体积、降低成本,利用USB接口的易扩展性实现多床位的监护,并运用了改进的基于一阶微分零领域算法,识别心电波形的特征点。结果表明:该仪器成本低、功耗低、体积小,能实现1~4床位的心电遥测监护,波形能实时显示并自动计算相关参数以及10种心律失常分析。

Abstract:To develop a portable multi-patient wireless telemetry ECG monitor with low cost and high performance,which was preferable for small and medium hospitals.The high integration of wireless module,with PTR 5000 was used to reduce the volume and cost.The number of patients monitored were easily extended with the application of USB.A new feature point recognition algorithm-ZNFD(zero neighborhood of first-order derivative,ZNFD) was applied to real-time ECG wave.Result show that this monitor with low cost and low power consumption can monitor 1 to 4 patients.Wave can be displayed continuously and ECG parameters are calculated automatically.Besides,ten types of arrhythmia can be detected.
