| 摘 要： | 目的：研究31例肺错构瘤的临床特点和治疗。方法：用回顾性调查的方法对肺内错构瘤进行分析。结果：经手术病理证实肺错构瘤31例,手术前确诊率为19%,患者多数没有临床症状,中年患者为肺错构瘤的高发年龄段,肿瘤直径多数在1～3 cm之间,多数表现为单发结节。结论：肺错构瘤为误诊率很高的常见良性肿瘤,积极手术是主要治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical features and treatment of 31 cases of pulmonary hamartoma.Methods:Thirty one cases of pulmonary harmatoma admitted during the period from 2003-2005 were retrospectively reviewed and their clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment were analyzed.Results:Thirty one cases of pulmonary hamartoma were confirmed by patho- logical examination.The preoperative diagnosis rate was 19%.Most patients with pulmonary hamartoma had no clinical symp- toms.The age at the peak incidence was between 40 to 60 years.Solitary pulmonary nodule was detected in most patients with pulmonary hamartoma.The diameter of the tumor varied between 1 to 3 cm.Conclusion:Pulmonary hamartoma is the most com- mon benign lung tumor but is often misdiagnosed.Operation is the best treatment for pulmonary hamartoma. |
