乡镇卫生院建设中医疗设备配置研究

目的:探讨对乡镇卫生院建设投入时,医疗设备应该如何配置,以保证乡镇卫生院的基本功能需要和提高效益投入比。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,从河南省近3年进行建设的乡镇卫生院中抽取样本,对其医疗设备情况作纵向和横向比较评价。结果:乡镇卫生院建设中的医疗设备配置现状是拥有率提高显著,但绝对拥有率水平仍较低,品目分散,不足和闲置并存,必需设备拥有率过低。结论:建议在乡镇卫生院建设中加大对医疗设备投入比例,尽快开展乡镇卫生院医疗设备配置标准的研究和制定。

Study on the Collocation Standard of Medical Equipments in the Construction Commune Hospitals of Villages

Objective:To study on the collocation standard of medical equipments in the construction commune hospitals of village and towns. Methods: To sample 100 community hospitals from 1000 village and townships with stratified random sampling, To evaluate their medical equipments in vertical and horizontal aspects of a matter. Results: The increase of the possessive rate of the medical equipments is evident. But, the absolute level of the possessive rate is very lower still, the types of the equipments are much too, there are deficient and excess in same time, the possessive rate of the indispensable equipments are lower too. Conclusion: To increase investment must be vigorous and to study the collocation standard must be as soon as possible, to medical equipments in the construction commune hospitals of village and townships.
