MR信号特征在脑膜瘤诊治中的价值

 目的　探讨颅内脑膜瘤MRIT2 WI信号特征与脑膜瘤的质地、组织学类型关系。方法　回顾性分析 80例颅内脑膜脑膜瘤瘤体信号特征、组织类型及其质地的关系 ,总结脑膜瘤术前MRI检查对其诊断和指导治疗的价值。结果　脑膜瘤T2 WI信号与脑膜瘤的组织类型、质地有关。结论　脑膜瘤T2 WI信号特征可在一定程度上反应脑膜瘤瘤体硬度和组织学类型

The Value of MR Signal Features of Meningioma in the Diagnosis and Therapy

Objective To study the correlations between T 2WI signal features in magnetic tesonance imaging (MRI),and the texture and histological types of meningiomas.Methods 80 cases of encephailc meningiomas were reviewed.The correlations between the signal features of the meningioma and the texture and histological types was analyzed.The diagnostic and therapeutic value of preoperative magnetic resonance imaging was summarized.Results T 2WI signal features in MR imaging and the texture and histological types of meningiomas had high correlations.Conclusion T 2WI signal features of meningiomas in MR imaging would be in response to the texture and histological types.
