吡嘧司特治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的：观察吡嘧司特治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法：随机将141例过敏性鼻炎（Allergic Rhinitis AR）患者分为吡嘧司特治疗组73例和曲尼司特对照组68例，于治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗4周后，吡嘧司特治疗组与曲尼司特对照组的临床控制率分别为46．48％和18．18％（P〈0．01）；总有效率分别为88．89％和77．27％（P〈0．005）。结论：吡嘧司特治疗AR疗效优于曲尼司特。

Effect of Pemirolast in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of pemirolast in treatment of the allergic rhinitis （AR）. Method： One hundred and forty one AR patients were divided into pemirolast group （73 cases）and trannilast group （68 cases）randomly, after treatment for 4 weeks, the relief of the clinical symptoms were compared. Result： The relief rate of the pamirolast group and tranilast group were 45.83% and 18.18% （ P 〈 0.01 ） respectively, the effective rate were 88.89% and 75.76% （ P 〈 0.05 ） respectively. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of pemirolast is better than that of tranilast in treatment of AR.
