| 摘 要： | 目的比较经腹改良Sugiura术与Hassab术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效。方法将我院2002年1月-2008年3月手术治疗的门静脉高压症病人随机分为经腹改良Sugiura术（研究组，25例）与Hassab术（对照组，28例）两组．对比研究两组的手术安全性、术后恢复情况等。结果两组均无手术死亡病例。研究组在手术时间、术后恢复情况、术后并发症方面与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。所有病例均获得随访，平均随访36个月，研究组再出血率为4．0％，对照组再出血率为17．9％（P〈0．01）；食管静脉曲张的消除率研究组为100％，对照组为57．1％（P〈0．01）。结论经腹改良Sugiura术是治疗门静脉高压症的一种有效术式，它使断流更为彻底，而操作并不复杂，值得临床推广应用。
