摘    要:目的通过大鼠的脑损伤模型,观测颅脑损伤后0.5~48小时脑皮质神经细胞膜中D2受体活性的变化及其与脑水肿的关系。方法采用改良的Feney脑落体撞击伤方法制作脑损伤模型,采用干-湿法测脑组织含水量;采用同位素标记法测定受体变化;采用D2受体阻滞剂Sulpiride进行实验治疗。结果脑损伤后0.5小时,D2受体显著增加,至24小时降至最低,48小时仍未恢复正常。结论D2受体活性变化在外伤性脑水肿的发生发展中起重要作用

Abstract:Aim To investigate the change of D 2 receptor activities in the brain neuron cells and the relationship between the change and the secondary brain edema in the early stage of brain injury. Methods Brain injury models were induced by the improved Feeney's method. The dopaminergic receptors were measured with the radio ligand binding assay. The water contents of brain tissue were measured by dry wet method, and the blocker of dopaminergic receptor, Sulpiride, was selected to show its effect on the changes of dopaminergic receptor and traumatic brain edema. Results Dopaminergic receptors increased remarkably at 0.5 hour, then fell, but they were still remarkably different from the control group at 48 hour in brain injury. Conclusion The change of D 2 receptor on cell membranes of brain neurons may play an important role in the secondary brain edema.
