| 摘 要： | 洞庭湖麻河试区垸外血吸虫病易感地带采用修筑护堤平台与挖掘隔离洪道的治理措施,3年结果显示:平台区活螺平均密度下降了89.4%,未发现感染性钉螺;洪道区已查不到钉螺,小白鼠水体感染测定阴性,人群、家畜上洲活动的数量分别下降了72.7%和76.7%;居民患病率下降了48.0%.同时加固了堤防.增强了泄洪能力.

| Abstract: | A comprehensive control measure has been taken for three years at the high risk areas of schistosomiasis outside embankment in Mahe area of Dongting lake region by building the protective platform for the embankment and constructing on isolated diverging dich in the borrowpit. The results showed that the average density of living snails at the platform areas decreased by 89. 4% and no infected snail could be found;there was no snail at the diverging dich in the borrowpit areas and no infection of albino mice after they were in contact with water in the dich; the number of human population and domestic animals in the outside em-bankmeat area was decreased by 72.7% and 76.7% respectively and the morbidity rate of residents reduced by 48.0%.By means of the comprehensive measures,the embankment protection has been consolidated and flood-diverging capacity strengthened. |
