| 摘 要： | 目的分析幽门螺杆菌的耐药性与cagA、VacA基因的关系。方法将上消化道疾病患者胃窦部组织接种后培养，并进行药敏试验，PCR聚合酶链反应技术测定幽门螺杆菌的cagA、VacA基因，同时测患者血清抗体。结果81株敏感菌株cagA基因检出率77．8％，VacA基因检出率95．1％，58株耐药菌株cagA基因检出率38．8％，％以基因检出率94．8％。结论％以基因与耐药性无关，耐药菌株中以不合cngA基因的HP菌株为主。
