| 摘 要： | 目的 发现并总结出药品不良反应与不合理用药的相关性,指导临床合理用药.方法 对我院报告的药品不良反应和国家食品药品监督管理局发布的药品不良反应信息进行分析.结果与结论 许多药物不良反应与不合理用药有关.加强药品的使用管理,做到安全、有效、经济地使用药品,可大大减少药品不良反应的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To identify and summarize correlation between ADRs and irrational use of drugs,and to reduce or avoid ADRs.Methods ADRs report coming from Jieshou and ADRs information issued by State Food and Drug Administration were analyzed.Results and Conclusion Many ADRs are related to irrational drug.To enhance the use of medicines management and ensure safe,effective and economical use of drugs,which can greatly reduce the incidence of ADRs. |
