猪苓汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效观察

目的观察猪苓汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各41例,对照组采用西药进行综合治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用猪苓汤,两组治疗周期为2个月。治疗结束后,治疗结束后,评价两组患者血清AST、ALT等肝功能指标改善情况,比较两组患者腹水消退时间,并进行疗效评定。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.24%,显著优于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05);观察组患者血清ALT、AST等肝功能指标改善显著,与治疗前及对照组同期比较,差异均较为显著,具有统计学意义与(P<0.05);观察组患者腹水平均消退时间为(18.34±1.96)d,显著短于对照组(28.16±2.93)d,差异具有统计学意义与(P<0.05)。结论猪苓汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹水的疗效确切。

Clinical Effect of Zhuling Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Hepatocirrhosis Due to Hepatitis B

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhuling decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis due to Hepatitis B. Methods 82 patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group, the cases of the control group were treated with western medicine treatment, on the basis of this, the cases of the observation were treated with Zhuling decoction for 2 months. After the treatment, the liver function indexes such as ALT, AST in two groups were evaluated, the ascites extinction times in two groups were compared, and the efficacy in two groups were evaluated. Results In the observation group, the total clinical effective rate was 90.24%, significantly better than that （78.05%） in the control group （P〈0.05）;the indexes such as ALT, AST were significantly improved, compared with before the treatment and the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）;the ascites extinction time in the observation group was （18.34±1.96）d, which was significantly shorter than that （28.16 ±2.93）d in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Zhuling decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis due to Hepatitis B is significant.
