毛细支气管炎的临床护理分析

目的探究和讨论关于毛细支气管炎患者的临床护理的分析。方法随机选取在2011年1月——2013年2月来我院治疗毛细支气管炎的患者104例作为本次研究的对象。然后随机将其分为人数相等的两组,研究组和对照组。然后给予研究组我们在长期的工作中探索出的一套较为科学、有效的护理手段,而对照组患儿实施常规的护理手段,然后在治疗结束后比较两组患儿的临床护理效果。结果在治疗结束之后,对照组患儿的总有效率明显低于研究组的患儿的总有效率,而且两组患儿的总有效率差异具有统计学意义。而且在治疗过程中患儿的气喘情况、孝鸣音及咳嗽等情况都较对照组患儿的改善时间短。而且差异具有统计学意义。结论对患有毛细支气管炎的患者施以有效的科学的护理手段,可以明显缩短患者的临床症状改善时间和提高临床疗效。

Analysis of clinical nursing of bronchitis

Objective To explore and discuss about capillary bronchitis patients with the analysis of the clinical care. Methods Randomly selected in January 2011- February 2013 to our hospital treatment of 104 cases of capillary bronchitis patients as the research object. Then equal the number of its random divided into two groups, group and the control group. And then give the team we explored in the long-term work of a set of more scientific and effective nursing measures, and the control group with the implementation of routine nursing measures, and at the end of the treatment with a clinical nursing effect of two groups of children. Results After treatment ends, and children with the control group total effective rate of the total effective rate significantly lower than the group of children, and two groups of children with the total effective rate difference is statistically significant. And in the treatment of children with asthma, filial piety in the process of song and cough, and so on and so forth are improved than the control group with short time. And the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with capillary bronchitis with effective scientific nursing measures, can obviously reduce the patient＇s clinical symptoms improved time and improve the clinical curative effect.
