联合给药新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效

目的探讨动静脉联合给药途径的新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌治疗中的作用。方法通过对本院2006年1月～2007年6月收治的78例局部晚期宫颈癌患者行静脉全身化疗＋子宫动脉介入化疗＋子宫动脉栓塞治疗，观察化疗前后宫颈肿块大小及宫旁情况改变来判断新辅助化疗的疗效。结果化疗1个疗程后2周妇检结合B超检查，完全缓解（CR）22例；部分缓解（PR）53例；病情稳定（SD）2例；进展（PD）1例，有效率96．15％（75／78），手术率96．15％。术后病检无瘤率3．85％（3／78）。结论动静脉联合给药途径的新辅助化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌治疗中能控制病情进展并为晚期患者提供手术机会。

Effect of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy on Locally Advanced Carcinoma of the Cervix by the Combination Way in the Near Future

Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on locally advanced carcinoma of the cervix by arteriolar-venular infusion.
