| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同孕龄及产前糖皮质激素干预对早产儿结局的影响。方法对我院825例早产病例的临床资料和随访结果进行回顾分析。结果早产因素中胎膜早破占首位，多胎妊娠合并早产有增多趋势。不同孕龄组早产儿的近、远期预后有显著差异，产前使用糖皮质激素干预能显著改善早产儿的近、远期预后。结论完善健全围生保健，积极生前干预，尽量延长孕周，提高新生儿存活率，改善早产儿的近、远期预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study different gestation time of the pregnancy and corticosteroid controlling antenatally,and study its pregnant prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 825 cases of preterm labor were analyzed retrospectively.Results The most common reason of preterm labor was premature rupture of the membranes(PROM),incidence of the multiplepregnancy increased gradually.There are significant difference in the short and long term prognosis between different gestational groupes.Antenatal treatement with corticosteroid could significantly improve the pregnant prognosis.Conclusion Perfect antenatal care and proper intervention to prolong the gestational time may increase the newborn's survival rate and better the prognoisis of premature children. |
