Bio-Gide生物膜在植骨同期种植体植入中的临床应用

摘    要:目的 评估Bio-Gide在引导种植体周围骨组织再生的临床疗效.方法 选择2004年2月到2005年11月来我院就诊种植区存在骨缺损的患者56例,其中男性患者35例,女性21例;可通过GBR(Guided Bone Regeneration)技术同期植入种植体,共植入种植体81枚.生物膜均采用可吸收性的Bio-Gide生物膜,移植物采用自体骨与Bio-oss骨粉1∶1或2∶1的混合物.结果 术后6个月,x线片观察到所有种植体骨结合良好,行二期修复术.结论 Bio-Gide生物膜在引导骨再生中种植体骨结合成功率为100%.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration of peri-implant with bio-gide. Methods 56 patients without enough peri-implant bone for implant placement were selected from February of the 2004 to July of the 2005, 35 are male, 21 are female. All patients undergo simultaneous implant placement with GBR technique. Total 81 implants were placed. The biomembrane that was used was Bio-Gide and the graft was the mixture of Bio-oss and autogeneic bone. Results 6 months postopemrively, Bio-Gide guided new bone in the postoperative X-ray showed. All the implant osseointegrated completely with new bone and alveolar bone which induced second-step prosthesis undergo after implant placement 6 months later. Conclusions the successful rate of implant osseointegration in the Bio-Gide guided new bone is 100%.
