摘    要:目的 建立柿蒂高效液相色谱指纹图谱的分析方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agela venusil MPC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%(体积分数)醋酸,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:20℃;进样量:20 μL;检测波长:264 nm.结果 对所采集的10批柿蒂药材...

Abstract:Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Persimmon Calyx by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was performed on a Agela venusil MP-C18 (250 mm x4.6 mm,5 μm) ,and the mobile phase was methanol-O. 5% acetic acid with gradient elution at the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 264 nm, and the temperature was at 20 ℃ , and 20 μL was injected. Results The HPLC fingerprint of Persimmon Calyx was established preliminarily, in which 15 characteristic peaks were obtained and the similarity among 10 batches of Persimmon Calyx from different areas was above 80%. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method is stable and repeatable, which can be used to evaluate the quality of Persimmon Calyx.
