经直肠超声在诊断无性生活史患者多囊卵巢综合征中的价值

目的把经直肠超声（TRS）用于无性生活史的女性患者,探讨其在诊断多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）中的价值。方法对56例无性生活史的PCOS患者分别行经腹部超声检查及经直肠超声检查,仔细观察双侧卵巢并测量卵巢体积、卵泡个数、卵泡大小,比较两种检查方法的结果。结果两种方法测量结果显示,TRS较经腹超声（TAS）卵巢显示率更高,卵巢体积两者差异无统计学意义。卵泡数量及卵泡大小两者差异有统计学意义。经TRS较经TAS更能显示小卵泡。结论经直肠超声检查在PCOS的早期诊断中具有重要的临床意义。

Diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasound in asexual life-history of female patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transrectal sonography(TRS) in asexual life-history of female patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound were respectively conducted on 56 asexual life-history of female patients with PCOS.Bilateral ovarian volume,follicular number and follicular size were observed carefully and the results of two methods were compared to evaluate which was more advantage.Results Display rate of ovaries in TRS is higher than that in TAS.No significant difference was found in ovarian volume between two methods,while significant difference was observed in follicular number or follicular size between two methods.Small ovarian follicles can be shown better in TRS.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound examination plays an important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of PCOS.
