摘    要:目的本研究拟对电针治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者进行临床研究,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法选取40例排卵障碍性不孕患者,比较治疗前后临床疗效、排卵率、治疗后一年的妊娠率以及血清促性腺激素(LH、FSH)、性激素(E2、P)水平的变化,通过B超监测比较患者主卵泡发育及子宫内膜生长的情况。结果排卵障碍性不孕症患者经电针干预后治疗的总有效率为77.5%,排卵率为45%,一年后妊娠率为22.5%,血清LH、FSH、E2、P水平治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),子宫内膜和卵泡发育生长的情况治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论补肾立法的电针方法对排卵障碍性不孕患者血清促性腺激素和性激素具有良好的调节作用,从而促进卵泡的发育,达到促排卵的目的 ,对排卵障碍有较好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture treatment for anovulatory infertility.Methods 40 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were selected,treated with electroacupuncture.Compared clinical efficacy、ovulation rate before and after treatment,Compared pregnancy rate one year after treatment,compared the change in level of serum gonadotropin(LH,FSH)、sex hormone(E2,P) before and after electroacupuncture treatment,Compared follicular development and growth of endometrial.Results The total effective rate of Electroacupuncture treatment of anovulatory infertility patients was 77.5%,Ovulation rate was 45%,pregnancy rate was 22.5%,Endometrial and follicular development were significantly different before and after treatment(P0.05),There was a significant difference in serum LH,FSH,E2,P(P0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture based on the role of invigorating the kidney therapy on the serum gonadotropin and sex hormone has a good regulation in anovulatory infertility patients.Electroacupuncture can promote follicle development and ovulation.Electroacupuncture has better effects in the treatment of ovulatory disorder.
