空气波压力治疗仪治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的护理研究

目的通过系统的个体化糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）护理教育方法的建立、实施与效果评价,观察使用空气波压力治疗仪治疗DPN的护理效果。方法将308例DPN患者随机分为空气波压力治疗护理教育干预组（教育干预组）和对照组各154例。教育干预组在药物治疗基础上联合空气波压力治疗,并接受DPN的护理课程教育及护理干预,一对一具体指导下肢皮肤护理的方法,对照组通过集中患者讲课进行宣教,发放教育手册供患者阅读学习。评价两组患者的足部皮肤改善情况、自觉症状、神经症状评分、10g尼龙丝试验和神经传导速度变化。结果教育干预组患者使用空气波压力治疗两个疗程并接受课程教育、护理干预,6个月时足部皮肤改善情况、MNSI评分、10g尼龙丝试验和神经传导速度较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论空气波压力治疗仪治疗DPN疗效显著,配合护理教育干预,能提高患者自我护理能力,避免足部损伤,促进康复。

Nursing education combined with IPC in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing education combined with IPC in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods 308 cases diagnosed as DPN were divided into two groups randomly and averagely.One was intervention group that the patients was treated with IPC and given nursing education,and the other was control group.Evaluated the results by the feet skin improvement,MNSI score,10 g nylon yarn test,and the nerve transmitting speed.Results Statistical analysis showed that the intervention group was significantly effective compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion It＇s effective to use IPC cooperated with nursing education to treat the patients with DPN.
