摘    要:目的 优选头风宁滴丸中菊花、天麻最佳提取工艺条件.方法 以菊花、天麻提取物中绿原酸、天麻素、总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优选菊花、天麻的最佳提取工艺条件.结果 最佳提取工艺为:加入10倍量水,提取3次,每次1.5 h.结论 所优选的工艺可行、重现性好.

Abstract:Objective To obtain optimum extraction technology of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Ramat. and Gastrodia.elata B1. in Toufengning dripping pill. Methods The orthogonal test was designed with the contents of chlorogenic acid, gastrodin and flavonoids. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows 3 times with 10 times volume of water, and 1.5h each time. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible.
