| 摘 要： | 总结15例重度糖尿病酮症酸中毒婴幼儿急救的输液管理经验。主要措施包括：迅速评估和快速建立静脉通路,规范、合理的补液及小剂量胰岛素的应用,做好补液过程中的评估和监护,早发现、早干预各类潜在的输液并发症。15例婴幼儿均在48 h内纠正酮症酸中毒,经后续治疗血糖稳定出院。

| Abstract: | To summarize the infusion management of 15 infants with severe diabetic ketoacidosis for 48 hours. The main measures include：rapid assessment and rapid establishment of venous access,standardized and reasonable rehydration and the application of low-dose insulin, good assessment and monitoring in the process of rehydration,early detection and early intervention of various potential transfusion complications. The ketoacidosis was corrected within 48 hours, and the blood glucose was stable after follow-up treatment. |
