基于“少火生气”理论探讨糖皮质激素诱导性骨质疏松症的分期论治

糖皮质激素诱导性骨质疏松症(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)现已在临床上被逐步重视。从中医角度看,根据《黄帝内经》中"壮火食气"的理论,该疾病的主要发病机制为过用具有温热、刚烈性质的糖皮质激素,使人体的脏腑、气血、阴阳受损,不能濡养筋骨,骨失濡养则发为骨质疏松症。笔者对GIOP的病因病机进行了探讨,从"少火生气"理论出发,讨论了GIOP的治则与分期辨证论治,为临床认识和治疗GIOP提供新的思路。

Discussion on GIOP based on the theory of mild fire producing Qi

Glucocorticoids-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) has been paid more and more attention in the clinics. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, according to the theory of strong fire reduce Qi in Huangdi Neijing, it can be concluded that the main pathogenesis of the disease is excessive use of glucocorticoids, so that the human viscera, Qi and blood, Yin and Yang are damaged, and can not support bones, leading to osteoporosis. This paper discusses the etiology of GIOP, based on the theory of mild fire producing Qi, and discusses the treatment of GIOP and stage syndrome differentiation, providing new ideas for clinical understanding and treatment of GIOP.
