祛痰化瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛56例临床观察

目的:观察祛痰化瘀汤治疗冠心痛心绞痛的临床疗效及对血脂改变与血液流变学的影响.方法:将108例随机分为两组,治疗组56例子祛痰化瘀汤治疗,对照组52例予阿司匹林、辛伐他汀和硝酸甘油治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组为98.21％,对照组为73.08％,两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05),血脂改善以及血液流变学改善程度治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异均显著(P＜0.05),两组的血凝指标比较无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:祛痰化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效,能够有效改善患者的血脂代谢,使血液的黏稠度明显下降,并明显改善患者的血液高凝状态.

Therapeutic efficacy of phlegm-expelling and blood stasis-removing decoction in treatment of unstable angina pectoris: an observation of 56 cases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of phlegm-expelling and blood stasis-removing decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris and the effect of phlegm-expelling and blood stasis-removing decoction on blood lipid level and hemorheology.Methods: A total of 108 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into treatment group(n=56) and control group(n=52).The treatment group received therapy with phlegm-expelling and blood stasis-removing decoction,while the control group received therapy with aspirin,simvastatin,and nitroglycerin.Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(98.21% vs.73.08%,P<0.05).The treatment group showed significantly more improvement in blood lipid level and hemorheology than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation index between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: phlegm-expelling and blood stasis-removing decoction can significantly improve blood lipid metabolism,decrease blood viscosity,and resolve hypercoagulable state of blood,and thus has good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris.
